WHAT’s tHE minimum order quantity?

As we offer custom print service, there is no such thing as minimum order required. However, the cost per piece is definitely much more cheaper when more units are printed

WHEN SHOULD I use offset instead of digital printing, and vice versa?

Offset printing is used for any production runs of 500 or more pieces. On the other hand, for smaller print runs and if you want to print on demand or include variable printing with personalized content, digital printing is the way to go.

Quality of the two techniques is not to be worried for as both can achieve the best quality when handle by experts

how long does it take for me to get a quotation?

Within 1 - 2 days

What are the processes after I accept the quotation offer?

After you accepted the quotation offer, we will kindly ask you for your working file to go through and check whether adjustment is needed, if needed a final copy will be sent to you to revise.

Once you revised and we agree on the file, a digital proof/mockup will be printed and sent for you to review

After you approve the proof, the production process will then begin.

HoW LOng does it take before I can get my proof?

Depending on the difficulty of the product as well as how completed the working file is, it should be between 3-7 days before you will get to see your first proof

How long does it take for the production to be completed?

Once you have confirmed the proof, you can expect to get your order within 10 - 14 days. However, for some cases, if the project requires a close attention to detail it may take longer.
